      • Lilo Fore – 3 days in August (4-6th) at Queenslake Equestrian Center - planning

      • Discussed participant registration

        • Bonnie Becht suggested sign up followed by payment once riders were determined

        • Payment would be due within a limited b reasonable time frame

        • Unlimited registration for 1st 24 hours

        • If overfilled, then rides would be determined by a draw

        • If doesn’t fill in 24 hours, registration stays open until full

        • Registration open to members before non-members

        • Bill suggested that we check with local vendors for lunches

        • 2 rings and freestyles only Saturday morning in covered

        • Walnut 2 competion rings with warmup limited to 6 horses

        • Ring across the road will have extra warm-up and lunging

      • Trailer at Haylands to be picked up by Daphne after Sayre School Show at Masterson and stored at her farm

      • Copyright infringement concerning cartoon in last issue – decided to pay for cartoon and  look into package for more

      • Cat suggested sourcing all photos in the impulsion
