Please start here before deciding on a vendor package.
Payment of Vendor Fee is completed online.
Vendor Form: Must be completed one week prior to start of the event. Please complete form on page once you’ve selected a vendor package.
Acceptance of application is at KDA discretion and will be confirmed with an email. If not
accepted refund will be issued. Any questions prior to application submission should be
directed to: KDA Administration at admin@kentuckydressageassociation.com.
Placement of Vendor Tents/trailer assignments are at the discretion of KDA.
There are add-ons available for wifi, electric hook-up, and generators at the Kentucky Horse Park. Please see vendor packages for pricing.
Set Up/Operations
Proof of liability insurance is required before set up.
Set up completed by 1 pm the day before the event starts. After 2 pm a $100 fee will apply
including hauling in with trailers after 2 pm the day before the event starts.
Vendors should be open no later than 9 am. Trade show closes at 6 pm during the event with
the option to remain open during evening freestyles.
Break Down
Break down can begin 30 minutes after the last ride of the final day of the event.
