Includes vendor 20 x 20 vendor tent or trailers over 21 feet. All semi-trailers must be at this level.
Includes ½ page advertisement in online show program. (Art must be submitted one week prior to start of the event).
Tax Permit is required. You will be provided a form from the Kentucky Department of Revenue to be completed and submitted by you. KY mandates 6% of totals sales submitted following the event.
Any coupons, pamphlets and/or promotional material for rider packets must be submitted to KDA one week prior to the show.
Please note The Kentucky Horse Park stipulates that you cannot sleep in trailers set on vendor row.
